Our speaker this month is Carole Engle Avriett who will give a presentation on the Marine Raiders of WWII.  She will be joined by LtCol Joseph C. Shusko, USMC (Ret.), who is an honorary member of the Raiders and wrote the forward for her newest book, "Marine Raiders:  The True Story of the Legendary WWII Battalions."  This will be her third visit with us and it promises to be an interesting and insightful presentation.  Our luncheon meeting is open to all so bring your friends and neighbors and enjoy a great lunch and presentation.

Our meal will be La Hacienda's famous Mother's Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans.  Our vegetarian option will be Eggplant Parmesan.  The meal and room cost is $20 per person so sign up now and we'll see you on the 12th.
