Due to the Corona Virus pandemic and meeting limitations at the Eisenhower RRC, the October 14th Lake and Sumter Counties MOAA Chapter Luncheon Meeting is CANCELLED.  Our next regularly scheduled Chapter Meeting will be November 11, 2020, when we will hold our Annual JROTC Recognition Dinner starting at 1730 hours.  The guest speakers will be the six 2020 JROTC Medal winners and their senior instructors from each of the High School JROTC programs we support.  Also, Commander Tom Tollefson, USN (Ret.), one of our past presidents, will give a short presentation on the history of our chapter which is celebrating our 50th Anniversary this year.   Please check the calendar on our website, lakesumtermoaa.org, to find the latest status on our November meeting.  In the meantime, keep serving and stay safe!
