This month LTC James Press will speak to us about WW I.  LTC Press is a Professor emeritus from Northwestern Michigan College.

Our menu selection for the month will be Lasagna a la Nana: ricotta and mozzarella cheeses layered with meat sauce, served with a family-style tossed salad, pre dressed with Italian dressing.  The vegetarian option will be Baked manicotti.
