Consistent with MOAA’s standing Resolutions, MOAA staff annually reviews the threats to earned benefits, potential impacts the military community and the changing needs of military families to identify broadly defined objectives to represent priorities for involvement in the legislative process and actions to achieve them. The results are shared with the Board of Directors for their concurrence.
